It’s not very often that a piece of tubing leaves our plant without end forming required. Therefore ASC Industries, Inc. has a wide variety of equipment to perform all end forming required to meet the specs of our customers. Our current range of end forming is ½” to 6”. Raises tubing so a clamp can be applied to a rubber hosewhich is then slid over the tubing and secured with hose clamp |
| Flaring | Puts a flat ring on the end of the tube which then allows the tube to be mated with an engine component using a clamp. |
| Expansion | Expands the end of tubing so one tube can slide over another tube then secured with a weld or clamp. |
| Reducing | Reduces the end of the tube to fit any application that is needed. |
